What We Do — Plainly
Peak Marketing Service, LLC is an advertising and marketing company. We operate this website to do two things:
- Publish free instructions for getting your own accident report. Our state-by-state guides tell you which agency filed your report, which official portal to use, what the agency charges, and how long it takes. They are free to read, and you never have to give us any information to read them.
- Advertise free case evaluations with personal injury attorneys. If you tell us you want one, we pass your contact information and the details you give us to a marketing partner, who passes it to a personal injury attorney or law firm in their network. We are paid for that referral. That payment is how this website is funded.
How we make money: we are compensated by our marketing partners when we send them a contact who has asked to speak with an attorney. We are not paid by you, and we are not paid for helping you find your report. Our partners are listed by name on our Our Partners page.
What We Are NOT
- We are not a law firm and we are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice, and using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- We are not a lawyer referral service as defined by any state bar.
- We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any police department, sheriff’s office, state patrol, DMV, department of transportation, or any other government body.
- We are not the official source of accident reports. Reports come from the law enforcement agency that responded to your crash, usually through that agency’s own portal or an authorized state vendor. We tell you where that is, for free.
- We do not guarantee any legal outcome, settlement, or result.
How to Reach Us
Opt Out, Correct, or Delete Your Information
You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to explain why. You do not need to have used our service to make a request.

Getting Your Report Without Contacting Us
You never need to give us anything to get your accident report. Every state guide on this site is free to read and tells you the official route:
- See the free state-by-state instructions — Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Utah
- Most states route reports through the responding agency or an authorized state vendor. Agency fees typically run about $5–$13, paid directly to that agency or vendor — not to us.
- If you would rather just call the agency that responded to your crash, that is often the fastest route, and we will tell you which one it is.
