That partner sends it to an attorney
They pass it to a personal injury attorney or law firm in their network who is licensed in your state. We do not choose the attorney, we do not vet them, and we do not recommend them.
The attorney or partner contacts you
Usually by phone, often within a few hours. You may also get a text or an email. You can tell them no, and you can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP or using the Contact page.
We get paid — by the partner, not by you
Peak Marketing Service, LLC receives a fee from the marketing partner for the referral. You are never charged, and the fee does not change anything about your case or what an attorney may charge you. If you hire an attorney, your fee agreement is strictly between you and that attorney.
What the form asks, and why
These are the things an attorney needs to know before they can have a useful conversation with you. That is the only reason we ask them. We are not qualified to evaluate any of it ourselves.
Whether you were hurt, and whether you saw a doctor
This is the first thing a personal injury attorney asks, because a personal injury claim is about injury. If nobody was hurt, an attorney will usually say so on the call.
Who you believe was at fault, and the insurance involved

The date of the crash and your state
Attorneys are licensed state by state, so your state decides who can even speak with you. Filing deadlines also vary by state, which is something to ask the attorney about directly.

Accident reports are government records. They are issued by the law enforcement agency that responded to your crash, usually through that agency’s own records unit or an authorized state vendor. Peak Marketing Service, LLC is not that agency, is not authorized by any government to issue reports, and cannot obtain a report on your behalf.
