1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AutoAccidentReportFinder.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Auto Accident Report Finder is a free informational resource that helps motor vehicle accident victims understand how to obtain their official police reports. As part of that service, we also offer optional connections to professionals who can retrieve the report and assist with related matters. Specifically, we:

• Publish free, state-specific guidance on how to obtain an official accident report (which agency files it, which portal to use, typical fees, and processing times)
• Provide general information about the accident report process
• Offer users the optional ability to request help from a professional who can retrieve the report and review their situation at no cost to them
• If a user chooses to request professional help, share the information they provide with a marketing partner who works with personal injury attorneys

Users who want only the report retrieval information are welcome to use the site at no cost and without submitting any information. The optional help request is never required.

We are NOT:

• A government agency, police department, or DMV
• A provider of official accident reports
• A law firm or legal services provider
• A lawyer referral service
• Directly connected to any specific attorney

3. No Legal Advice

This Site does not provide legal advice. All information is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Every case is different. Consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before taking legal action.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship is ONLY formed when you sign a written fee agreement with an attorney you choose to hire.

Communications through this Site are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege.

5. DPPA Compliance

You acknowledge that any accident report information discussed or facilitated through this Site or connected parties shall be used only for purposes permitted under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), 18 U.S.C. § 2721 et seq.

6. How Our Service Works

If you only want the report retrieval information, you can read it at no cost, without submitting any personal information. Nothing is required of you.

If you choose to request professional help by submitting your information through our form:

1. Your information is collected by Auto Accident Report Finder
2. We share your information with lead aggregators and marketing partners
3. These partners work with networks of personal injury attorneys
4. An attorney or their representative may contact you to discuss your options, which may include retrieving your accident report on your behalf
5. You are not obligated to hire any attorney who contacts you

We do not guarantee that any attorney will contact you or that you will receive legal representation.

7. Consent to Communications

By submitting information, you expressly consent to be contacted by Auto Accident Report Finder and our marketing partners via telephone (including autodialed or pre-recorded voice), text messages, and email.

Consent is not required for services.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to texts, tell callers to remove you, or email info@peakmarketingservice.com. We process opt-outs within 10 business days.

8. User Representations

By using this Site, you represent that:

3. You are inquiring on your own behalf or have authorization

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO ACCIDENT REPORT FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Maximum Liability: The greater of amounts paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Accident Report Finder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

14.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Chesapeake, Virginia or remotely, at your election.

14.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. You waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

14.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to 600 Ackerman Ln, Chesapeake, VA 23320 within 30 days of first using the Site.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to jurisdiction in Chesapeake, Virginia.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
