• Share that information with marketing partners who work with personal injury attorneys

We are NOT:

• A government agency, police department, or DMV
• A provider of official accident reports
• A law firm or legal services provider
• A lawyer referral service
• Directly connected to any specific attorney

An attorney-client relationship is ONLY formed when you sign a written fee agreement with an attorney you choose to hire.

Communications through this Site are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege.

5. DPPA Compliance

You acknowledge that any accident report information discussed or facilitated through this Site or connected parties shall be used only for purposes permitted under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), 18 U.S.C. § 2721 et seq.

6. How Our Service Works

When you submit your information requesting a free case evaluation:

1. Your information is collected by Auto Accident Report Finder
2. We share your information with lead aggregators and marketing partners
3. These partners work with networks of personal injury attorneys
4. An attorney or their representative may contact you to discuss your legal options
5. You are not obligated to hire any attorney who contacts you

We do not guarantee that any attorney will contact you or that you will receive legal representation.

7. Consent to Communications

By submitting information, you expressly consent to be contacted by Auto Accident Report Finder and our marketing partners via telephone (including autodialed or pre-recorded voice), text messages, and email.

Consent is not required for services.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to texts, tell callers to remove you, or email info@peakmarketingservice.com. We process opt-outs within 10 business days.

8. User Representations

By using this Site, you represent that:

1. You are at least 18 years old
2. All information you provide is accurate and truthful
3. You are inquiring on your own behalf or have authorization

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO ACCIDENT REPORT FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Maximum Liability: The greater of amounts paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Accident Report Finder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

14.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Chesapeake, Virginia or remotely, at your election.

14.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. You waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

14.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to 600 Ackerman Ln, Chesapeake, VA 23320 within 30 days of first using the Site.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to jurisdiction in Chesapeake, Virginia.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
